Vivo X6 &  Vivo X6 Plus launched in China

LONDON: As expected, Vivo launched two new smartphones namely Vivo X6 and Vivo X6 Plus in China. The X6 starts at CNY 2,600 (roughly Rs. 27,000), while the China Unicom version costs CNY 2,500 (roughly Rs. 26,000). The X6 Plus is priced at CNY 3,200 (roughly Rs. 33,200) with China Unicom version costs CNY 3,000 (roughly Rs. 31,000). The handsets will be available starting Monday.

The Vivo X6 (seen above) is a dual-SIM supporting smartphone running FunTouch OS based on Android 5.1 out-of-the-box. It sports a 5.2-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) resolution Super Amoled display with 2.5D curved glass and a calculated pixel density of 424ppi. Under-the-hood the handset packs an octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor clocked at 1.7GHz, clubbed with 4GB RAM and Mali-T760 GPU.

The metal-clad smartphone houses a 13-megapixel rear camera with phase detection auto focus sensor, 6P lens, f/2.2 aperture, and LED flash, while an 8-megapixel fixed focus front-facing camera is also on board.
