NEW YORK: Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella at the company’s Future Unleashed event in Mumbai on Thursday announced that the firm’s latest flagship smartphones, the Windows 10 Mobile-based Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL, will arrive in India by December.
The Microsoft Lumia 950 and Microsoft Lumia 950 XL were launched globally at the company Windows 10 Devices event in October, and are still due to hit launch markets in October. As noted the same month, the dual SIM variants of the smartphones are expected to launch in India, with the Microsoft India store already listing the smartphone as ‘coming soon’. The Microsoft Lumia 550 budget Windows 10 Mobile smartphone was also launched alongside, but only due in launch markets in December. At the moment, there is no news about the Lumia 550’s release date in India.
