BOMBAY: The Young Bombay Forum (YBF), a Youth Wing of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry jointly with the Governance Committee is pleased to announce a one day Workshop on “Spirituality and Personal Effectiveness at Work” for the benefit of its members.
A part of our personality is not satisfied with consumption, convenience and material possessions. It yearns for inner peace and higher aspirations. We call that spirituality. A big question of current times is that can we experience and nurture our spirituality in thick of corporate action? After all we spend major part of the day at workplace.The workshop is designed around the central question is how to enrich both together: our spirituality and work performance. Research evidences suggest that spirituality at work has positive impact on engagement learning creativity and customer satisfaction.
This workshop is offered in experiential mode. A judicious mix of case studies, experiential exercises, psychometric assessment and reflections and group work is used to achieve the learning objectives.
