ISLAMABAD: Zahid Mahmood has been appointed against the post of Deputy Assistant Chemical Examiner (BS-16) in Customs Department.
The officer, on recommendations of the Federal Public Service Commission, Islamabad and after having been declared medically fit by the Central Medical Board, was appointed under the Federal Board of Revenue with effect from the date of his charge assumption in Model Customs Collectorate of Appraisement (East), Karachi on January 11.
The officer will be on probation for a period of one year extendable for further period, not exceeding one year, provided that if no order is issued by the day following the termination of probationary period, the appointment shall deem to be held until further orders, the notification said.
