2 held for depriving people of money

FAISALABAD: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) claimed on Wednesday to have arrested 2 persons for depriving two persons of their hard earned money.

According to FIA officials, Muhammad Sarfraz of Chak No.256-GB Phaloor, Toba Tek Singh took Rs 490,000 from a citizen Muhammad Bilal for sending him Dubai but neither he sent him abroad nor returned his money.

Similarly, Muhammad Arif of Chak No.267-RB Faisalabad lodged a complaint against Shahid Iqbal of Chak No.197/6-R Haroonabad, alleging that Shahid received Rs 600,000 from him and his friend Zahid Iqbal for sending them to Malaysia. On the complaints, the FIA team arrested the accused.
