Customs issues fresh values of mosquito coil, aerosol insecticide spray

KARACHI: Director of Customs Valuation Abdul Rashid Shaikh issued a fresh valuation ruling i.e. VR No 714/2015 in order to determine the customs values of mosquito coil and aerosol insecticide spray under Section 25-A of Customs Act, 1969.

Valuation ruling No 714/2015 has superseded VR No 419/2012 along with amendments and VR No 524/2012.

According to details, customs values of Power Plus, King Extra, King Black, King Tox, Metro, Tiger, 123Brand, Double A+D, Mosfly, Siyo and Lark (finished in retail packing) from all origins having PCT Code 3808.9110 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 3808.9110.1000 are fixed at US$0.75 per kg on net contents.

Customs values of other brands (other than multinational imports) from all origins having PCT Code 3808.9110 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 3808.9110.2000 are fixed at US$0.85 per kg.

Customs values of mosquito coil with insecticide spray but without packing in bulk (other than multinational imports) from all origins having PCT Code 3808.9110 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 3808.9110.3000 are fixed at US$0.70 per kg on net contents.

Customs values of mosquito coil without insecticides spray and packing in bulk (other than multinational imports) from all origins having PCT Code 3808.9110 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 3808.9110.4000 are fixed at US$0.60 per kg on net contents.

Customs values of King Tox from all origins having PCT Code 3808.9110 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 3808.9110.5000 are fixed at US$1.05 per kg on net contents.

Customs values of Power Plus, Cobra and Hits Brands from all origins having PCT Code 3808.9110 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 3808.9110.6000 are fixed at US$0.90 per kg.

Customs values of Moskill, fighter, Tiger, Silver, 123Brand, Osaka, Faster, Lark, King Black, Cobra, Harmony, Evernight, Magic, total Tox, Kwick, Alladin and Superhit from all origins having PCT Code 3808.9110 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 3808.9110.7000 are fixed at US$1.10 per kg.
