FO, Customs launch one window desk facility

ISLAMABAD: Federal Ombudsman (Wafaqi Muhtasib) launched one window facilitation desk with collaboration of Customs department for overseas Pakistanis.

Sources told Customs Today that under one window desk facility online complaints mechanism for solution of individual and collective complaints of overseas Pakistanis established with independent web.

Federal Ombudsman is established for redressal of the citizens’ complaints against mal-administration on the part of federal ministries and Agencies, lodged by over a million Pakistanis.  Grievance Commissioners are also appointed to specially address complaints pertaining to Pensioners, Children, Overseas Pakistanis and Civic Agencies like CDA.
