ISLAMABAD: Collector, Collectorate of Customs Adjudication Islamabad, Muhammad Ali Raza, has issued a show-cause notice to M/S Momentum Trader in seizure case No 45/2015.
According to the details, the collector has issued a show-cause notice vide C.No. Cus/coll/adj/129/2015/14861 to M/s Momentum Tader Mulatan Road, Lahore following the charges of smuggling of electronics and accessories.
The adjudication authority directed the accused to attend the hearing along with documentary evidences.
The authority also said that if the accused failed to provide the evidence, the case will be decided on the basis of available evidences.
On the other hand, the customs officials have also been directed to appear before the court in next hearing along with evidence.
