Adjudication Collector Ali Raza issues notice to M/s Momentum Trader

ISLAMABAD: Collector, Collectorate of Customs Adjudication Islamabad, Muhammad Ali Raza, has issued a show-cause notice to M/S Momentum Trader in seizure case No 45/2015.

According to the details, the collector has issued a show-cause notice vide C.No. Cus/coll/adj/129/2015/14861 to M/s Momentum Tader Mulatan Road, Lahore following the charges of smuggling of electronics and accessories.

The adjudication authority directed the accused to attend the hearing along with documentary evidences.
