ISLAMABAD: Resuming hearing cases at the Pakistan Customs Appellate Tribunal (CAT) headquarter, the Chairman, Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti reserved decision of a petition filed by M/s. Makkays against Customs Collector Islamabad.
A two-member Division Bench of tribunal comprising of Chairman Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti and Member Technical, Khalid Mehmood heard the case.
The petition was filed by M/s. Makkays, an electronics equipment manufacturer company, through its counsel Shaukat Ali.
