KARACHI: Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigations Quetta has seized four imported chassis of jeeps and two heavy duty generators. They also recovered 40 bags of plastic crush.
Sources told Customs Today that after receiving a secret information, the director customs intelligence constituted a team which raided a godown in Khagan Society area and recovered four imported chassis of jeeps and two heavy duty generators. No accused person was present at the time of raid.
During another operation customs team intercepted a truck on Quetta Road and recovered 40 bags of plastic crush. The customs team asked the driver of the vehicle to produce legal documents regarding possession of plastic crush but he failed to produce the same.
Customs team arrested the accused person who was identified as Yameen Maiwati and seized forty bags of plastic crush.
