Hyderabad Customs Intelligence impounds Toyota Probox

HYDERABAD: The Customs Intelligence and Investigation has impounded a non-duty paid Toyota Probox worth Rs 600,000 during an action.

As per details, a field investigation unit of the Customs Intelligence intercepted the vehicle bearing Registration No. AAJ-718 near Hyderabad Bypass and asked the driver to produce documents showing the legal import of the vehicle.

The driver could not show any document; therefore, the Customs Intelligence took the vehicle into custody under the prevailing customs laws.
