Multan Customs officials to attend International Customs Day ceremony in Lahore

MULTAN: The Customs collectorate officials will attend International Customs Day ceremony which will be held in Lahore.

Sources told Customs Today that all customs officials from Multan, including Assistant Collector Faizan Badar, Deputy Collector Muhammad Ali Malik , Deputy Collector Farhat  Ali, Additional Collector Ghulam Mustafa and Collector Sarfraz Ahmad Warraich are specially invited to the ceremony.

Most of officials are still in Lahore after attending marriage ceremony of Collector Sarfraz Ahmad Warraich’s daughter. Due to absence of Customs high –ups in the Multan the presence of staff is low.

Few staff members were also on casual leave and few customs employees are going to attend Customs Day ceremony held in Lahore.

Deputy Collector Muhammad Ali Malik has directed all Customs employees that they should not leave their duties without any purpose otherwise he will take disciplinary action against them.

The deputy collector has  told all the staff members to attend the office regularly otherwise he will take action against them. There is low attendance in the office due to cold weather.
