KARACHI: The Regional Tax Office-III (RTO) has collected Rs 2,6212 million under the head of different taxes in first days of February of the current fiscal year.
As per detail, RTO-III has recovered Rs 25,102 million as income tax, Rs 1,020 million was collected under the head of sales tax and Rs 90 million as federal excise duty.
It is necessary to note here that RTO-III has recovered total amount of Rs 85502 million taxes in the month of January, out of which Rs 83401 million was collected under the head of income tax, Rs 1902 million as sale tax and Rs 199 million as federal excise duty.
