Pakistan Telecom Mobile Company Private Limited had filed the other case. In this case, Ministry of Finance, FBR and officers of Large Taxpayer’s Unit, Islamabad, were made respondents.

The appellant had challenged the show cause notice asking the appellant that “why Rs 9,313,925 should not be recovered from appellant in the head of FED?” the appeal had challenged the show cause notice intimating the recovery of said amount and pleaded court to declare the show cause notice as without any legal grounds.
