IHC division bench will hear tax reference filed by Raja Abbas

ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear a tax reference on Tuesday, the challenging decision of the Customs Appellate Tribunal.

The division bench comprising Justice Noor Ul Haq N Qureshi and Athar Minallah will hear the customs reference. The appellant, Raja Abbas Ali, had filed the petition against Tribunal before the IHC.
