ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear a tax reference on Tuesday, the challenging decision of the Customs Appellate Tribunal.
The division bench comprising Justice Noor Ul Haq N Qureshi and Athar Minallah will hear the customs reference. The appellant, Raja Abbas Ali, had filed the petition against Tribunal before the IHC.
The appellant had submitted complaint against tribunal and challenged its decision before the bench regarding his case of short duty in which the tribunal had dismissed his plea.
