ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday adjourned the hearing of tax references against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR).
A division bench of the IHC comprising of Justice Noor-Ul-Haq N Qureshi and Justice Aamer Farooq heard seven income tax matters filed by MND Exploration and Production Limited. The bench dated the cases in the office for scheduling of further date of hearing. The company had filed these petitions against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue.
Another division bench of the IHC comprising of Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb heard and adjourned M/S IESCO’s tax reference which had challenged a decision of the ATIR before the IHC.
