ISLAMABAD: The Federal Service Tribunal (FST) on Thursday adjourned the hearing of a couple of cases carrying complaints on dismissal from service and unwarranted promotion to the FBR employees.
A division bench of the FST comprising members, Syed Rafique Hussain Shah and Syed Muhammad Hamid, heard the dismissal and promotion cases.
Appellant, Muhammad Hanif had filed case regarding promotion to higher scale while Tariq Tanveer had sought order against his dismissal from services and restoration of duty. Another FST bench of Nazir Saeed and Ishtiaq Ahmed would hear case from service on Friday filed by Imran Rafique.
