IHC postpone hearing of tax references filed against ATIR

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday adjourned the hearing of tax references against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR).

A division bench of the IHC comprising of Justice Noor-Ul-Haq N Qureshi and Justice Aamer Farooq heard seven income tax matters filed by MND Exploration and  Production Limited. The bench dated the cases in the office for scheduling of further date of hearing. The company had filed these petitions against Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue.
