The auction was supervised by Tahir Khattak in which the people from Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Peshawar participated. It was an open auction for all participants.

The vehicles, including Toyota Land Cruiser, Toyota Crown, Toyota double cabin, Toyota surf, Toyota Hiace, Toyota Sprinter, Nissan support car, Nissan Safe-co, Nissan Magma and Nissan double cabin, and five lots of miscellaneous goods were auctioned successfully through transparent process.

The assistant collector further informed that the vehicles with changed or altered chassis numbers were not presented for auction.

The generation of revenue through auction will help the collectorate to meet the set revenue targets for the running fiscal year, he said, adding that all other departments were also striving to collect maximum revenue by the end of the year.
