Appellate Tribunal bars LTU-II from recovering tax from Awan Trading

KARACHI: The Appellate Tribunal of Inland Revenue has barred revenue authority from recovering tax from Awan Trading Co Pvt Ltd, a coal dealer.

Member (Judicial Appellate Tribunal) Muhammad Jawaid Zakarya has directed the LTU-II from recovering tax from the company for at least 30 days.
