SHC to hear 80 customs and income tax related cases on Monday

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) will take up more than 80 cases related to custom and income tax on Monday.

According to the roster, a division bench, headed by Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Abdul Malik Gaddi will hear customs and income tax related cases filed by Naseeruddin Lalani, M/s Suleman Ebrahim, M/s Crystal Enterprises, M/s Amroze Steel, collector of customs, additional director of Customs Intelligence, M/s Asif Textile Trading, Faco Trading, Inland Revenue (IR) commissioner, Customs Intelligence-Enforcement director, M/s Sui Southern Gas Company Limited, M/s Hadi and Sons (Private) Limited, M/s Venus Chemicals (Private) Limited, M/s Modern Pipes (Private) Limited, M/s Invest Capital Market, Sindh Revenue Board, Pakistan Television Corporation Ltd, M/s Al-Abid Silk Mills Limited, I.B.M World Corporation Limited, Coll Sales Tax & Cent. M/s Baber International, M/s Hamd Paper Products (Private) Limited, Pakistan Gun Industries (Private) Limited, M/s Ocean Services (Private) Limited, Post Clearance Audit, HBL Currency Exchange (Private) Limited and others.
