Customs Appellate Tribunal reserve verdicts of two appeals

LAHORE: The Customs Appellate Tribunal (single & double) bench heard 13 cases on Tuesday and adjourned all for different dates without those cases whose verdicts were reserved.

According to the details, the division bench-II, comprising Omer Arshad Hakeem, Member Judicial and Imran Tariq, Member Technical, heard 10 cases including Muhammad Ramzan Afzal versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, Al-Hamra Fabrics versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Faisalabad, M/s Noor Ali versus Customs Lahore, M/s Cotton Craft versus Customs Lahore, M/s Rehmat Uallah versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore.

Furthermore, same bench heard cases of Muhammad Sadiq versus Customs Lahore, Raja Intezar Mehbood versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Gujrat and Abdul Razzq versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Gujrat.

The single bench-I, comprising Muhammad Shabbir Gujjar, Member Judicial, heard three cases which included Customs Faisalabad versus J K Spinning, Farhat Abbas Shah versus Customs Faisalabad and Zahoorul Hassan versus Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Multan. Single bench of tribunal has reserve verdicts in two appeals.
