Despite clear instruction from the Court, three collectors refused to withdraw the regulatory duty imposed on steel products.
Now a two-member bench of the Sindh High Court has announced to appoint Dr. Shahab Imam who is an expert in customs laws to assist the court in the matter and directed him to appear before the court within fifteen days.
