481.5km distance: Dosti Bus service limited to Wagah over terror threat

LAHORE: The Dosti Bus service between Pakistan and India has been restricted to Wagah border due to terror threats.

Now the passengers, arriving from India or departing for New Delhi, will be dropped and picked from Wagah and the PTDC authorities have shifted the entire bus operation to its sub-office at the border.

Previously, the passengers used to be dropped at the final destination in Gulberg area of Lahore and the city office in Nankana Sahib district headquarters. The distance between Pakistan and New Delhi is 481.5km, which takes about 8 hours via NH 71.
