ISLAMABAD: The newly appointed 13th Inspectors inducted through Federal Public Service Commission of Pakistan (FPSC) are getting a three-month physical and theoretical training at the Model Customs Collectorate (MCC) Islamabad.

According to details explained by sources of MCC Islamabad that the customs service has been equipped with fresh blood by direct induction of Inspectors through the FPSC, although 147 inspectors were recommended for induction into the FBR and have been posted at different MCCs.
The sources told CT that this induction is unique in its nature as done by the FPSC. It was a dilemma of Customs Service that there had been a great deficiency of young blood for the last over 03 decades as the last batch of Inspectors had been recruited in 1985.
He said that most of the Inspectors posted at the MCC Islamabad have completed their training phase whereas 13th Inspectors, comprising three female and 10 male inspectors, are undergoing both physical and theoretical training at the MCC Islamabad.
