Aftaab Qureshi assumes charge of Commissioner Appeals in RTO ‏

MULTAN: Additional Director  Inland Revenue Directorate of Internal Audit Aftab Ahmad Qureshi has assumed the charge of Commissioner Appeals in Regional Tax Office Multan.

According to details, post of Commissioner Appeals was vacated two months ago after transfer and promotion of Commissioner Amin Akhtar Shaheedi to the Lahore Tax Office.

The Federal Board of Revenue has appointed Commissioner –IR Appeals Aftaab Ahmad Qureshi for Regional Tax Office Multan due to vacant position of Commissioner Appeals Amin Akhtar Shaheedi after his transfer and promotion.

A large number of taxpayers appeal are waiting for Commissioner Appeal for their settlement. Commissioner Inland Revenue Afaque Ahmad Qureshi is working in BS-19 and post of Commissioner Appeals is BS-20. He will work on pay scale for post of Commissioner Appeals in the Regional Tax Office Multan.
