SIALKOT: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has foiled a, attempt to smuggle heroin from Sialkot to Kuwait and seized as many as 1.5 kilograms of heroin from the hidden portions of a passenger’s bag.
According to the management of Sialkot International Airport, the ANF personnel arrested accused Irfan of Gujranwala who was trying to flee to Kuwait through an international airline.
ANF seized the said quantity of heroin (worth millions of rupees), which was kept in the hidden portions of his bag during a special checking at Sialkot International Airport here.
ANF has sent the accused behind the bars after registering a case against him. Further investigations were underway, in this regard.
