ANF recovers 1,900 grams heroin from passenger at Multan Airport‏

MULTAN: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has recovered 1,900 grams of heroin from the possession of a passenger at Multan International Airport.

According to details, Anti Narcotics Force staff deputed at Multan airport intercepted a passenger who was identified as Muhammad Ikram , a resident of Khushab. The suspect was intending to fly to Saudi Arabia .

The ANF team recovered 1,900 gram of highly refined heroin from the luggage of the passenger during scanning process.  The ANF staff found specific pattern of goods in the luggage and upon thorough checking recovered heroin concealed in the secret portion of luggage.

The Anti-Narcotics Force arrested the drug paddler from Multan Airport and shifted him to undisclosed location for further investigations.
