LAHORE: The Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) has recovered a huge quantity narcotics and arrested various suspects.
According to details, the ANF Lahore recovered 2.2 kilogram opium from Munawar Iqbal. In another operation, the ANF team recovered 440 gram heroin from a local drug peddler, Aftab Ahmed.
The ANF team arrested a passenger Abdul Latif who is a resident of Vehari at Multan airport, and recovered 450 gram amphetamine from him. ANF team arrested an accused namely Sheikh Zahid Mehmood who is a resident of Faisalabad and recovered 650 grams of heroin from his possession. All cases have been registered in ANF police stations while further investigations are under progress.
