ANF seizes 100 Kg charas, 300 grams heroin

KARACHI: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has seized a huge quantity of drugs during a successful raid near the Karachi airport.

Sources informed Customs Today that ANF Additional Incharge Shabeer Raza received information that a huge quantity of drugs is dumped in the area of Pehlwan Goth. Subsequently, Raza constituted a team of 16 officials and raided the place. During the raid, the accused started firing on the team and attempt to run away but the ANF officials foiled their attempt and arrested them.

During the interrogation, the team recovered 100 kg charas, 300 grams heroin and two packets of a substance used as drug. The ANF officials said that the accused revealed that the seized drugs was to be supplied to different areas of Karachi.
