KARACHI: The Customs Collectorates Appraisement East and West wore a deserted look as Pakistan Customs WeBOC (Web Based One Customs) became dysfunctional since Friday evening.
The collectorates, which usually see rush of importers, clearing agents and exporters, gave a deserted look while most of the officials also preferred to leave their offices early.
The WeBCO system is not working, therefore, not a single GD is filed in both the Collectorates since yesterday evening, official sources disclosed.
According to sources, WeBOC has developed some software issues which are being rectified and hopefully the system would be restored shortly.
