According to Deputy Collector Appraisement West Ghulam Nabi Kamboh the importer imported Formic acid in bulk packing manufactured by BASF i.e. 21492 kilograms at an assessed value of $0.60, however the values as per valuation ruling stood at $ 0.780/kg under.
