ISLAMABAD: Muhammad Asif, a BS-20 officer of Pakistan Administrative Services, has assumed the charge as Director General of the Federal Tax Ombudsman here on Tuesday.
The officer relinquished the charge of Joint Secretary, Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development Division, with effect from October 2, 2015, in accordance with Government of Pakistan’s notification No. PF (516)/E-5 (PAS).
In the meantime, Khalid Masood, another officer of FTO Secretariat, relinquished additional charge of Admin following deputation of Asif.
