FAISALABAD: The Anti-Corruption Organisation (ASO) Faisalabad has seized a Toyota Hiace van model 1993 bearing registration No. BQU-335.
According to details, Collector Customs MCC Faisalabad Tauseef Ahmed Qureshi received a credible information regarding the vehicle. The customs raiding party intercepted Toyota Hiace van near Makkooana by-pass, Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad.
The raiding party asked the accused person Sardar Ali son of Khushi Mohammad, a resident of Jaranwala, to produce legal documents regarding import of Toyota Hiace, but he failed to provide the same.
Upon its failure Customs authorities seized the van, while further process is still under way until the filing of this report.
