To this end, citizens should select the “Simplified declaration for natural persons” at e-gov.az portal from the list of e-services provided by the Committee of the State Customs Service, fill in the electronic declaration, print it out and present to the border customs officers.

The process is fairly simple. The citizen should indicate passport details (passport number and date of birth) in the opened window. Once the system verifies the authenticity of the data entered, you must specify which country carried out the transportation of goods.

Then, select the appropriate category (currency of the vehicle, declared goods, etc.), to receive a warning about criminal responsibility in the case of indications of false information, make sure the information is correct and click “confirm”.

The repared declaration is recorded in the committee, and the citizen is given the registration code.

It should be noted that the process of electronic declaration of goods at the border crossing is designed to reduce the waiting list and to ensure the efficiency of services provided by SCC.

Thus, the number of electronic services of the State Customs Committee, available on the portal of “electronic government”, reached nine.
