Banks asked to work extended hours for tax collection on Sep 30

LAHORE: Banks have been advised to keep their branches concerned open on September 30, 2015 (Wednesday) till such time that is necessary to facilitate special clearing only for FBR collections.

In terms of FBR request to facilitate the collection of government taxes, NIFT will provide special clearing facility on the advice of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) on September 30, 2015.
