KARACHI: Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) Senior Vice President Muffasar A Malik has urged the business community to refrain from manufacturing, importing and selling toy guns as it is negatively impacting on growing minds and personalities of children.

Referring to a recent letter sent by Karachi Division Commissioner Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui to the Chamber, the KCCI SVP said that the commissioner has rightly pointed out this important issue and approached KCCI for assistance. In this regard, Malik assured that the KCCI members and other businessmen, who are engaged in trade/sale of toy guns, will be advised to reconsider their activity in view of public concern.
