LONDON: Close at the heels of its latest DLC, players of “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare” can look forward to another pack that’s up for grabs. Inspired by the 2015 “Call of Duty” Championships, players can now access the Championship Premium Personalisation Pack.

Announced by the developer via a press release sent to International Business Times Australia, the new COD pack will have an exoskeleton, helmet, weapon camo, three reticles, a calling card and emblem layer. The Asia Pacific Regional Final will take place in Sydney this weekend, Feb. 14. The Call of Duty Championships will take place in Los Angeles from Mar. 27 to 29.

Gamespot adds that this year’s championships will be open to the public, so you can witness the cream of the crop gather and play “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare” to stand a chance to win $1 million. According to the source, there is a $50 Gold Package for a three-day pass to the event, on top of getting the token to download the Ascendance DLC. The Gold Package will also get you the Personalisation Pack for free. But if you’re just planning to watch the livestream coverage of the event via Major League Gaming, the “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare” Personalisation Pack can be yours for $4 via the Xbox Live.

For those who want more content for the Activision’s latest shooter in the franchise, VG 24/7 adds that the Atlas Gorge multiplayer map is now available as a DLC. Previously an exclusive to season pass holders, you can now download and play this for $5. The source adds that the map will not have its own playlist. Rather, it will be part of the standard playlist rotation.

If all of those new content and add-ons aren’t enough, developer Sledgehammer has teased upcoming events this weekend via Twitter. In particular, gamers of “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare” can look forward to 2XP Gun Game, the AW Gear Drops and the One Shot Mosh Pit.

The Gun Game puts players in a mode where they all have the same weapon at the start, and killing will bring in new guns. The goal is to kill with the final weapon, reports Xbox Achievements. For now, these are the only details that have been handed down by the developer. But expect more of the promised information to come in the succeeding days.
