LAHORE: The Customs Central region has registered six percent growth by collecting Rs 14,088 million as duty and taxes during the month of April 2016.
The data showed that collectorate of Appraisement collected Rs 6,724 million registering 21 percent growth while the collectoarte of Preventive collected Rs 2,395 million during the period under review.
The collectoarte of Multan collected Rs 4,290 million duty and taxes while Faisalabad collectorate collected Rs 679 million during the period under review.
Overall the central region collected Rs 14,088 million registering six percent growth against Rs 13,323 million during the same period last year.
