FBR Chairman Nisar to review performance of Rawalpindi RTO today

ISLAMABAD: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman Nisar Mohammad Khan and Member Operations Dr Mohammad Irshad will visit Regional Tax Office Rawalpindi.

Sources informed Customs Today that during his visit to RTO, the chairman will preside over a meeting to review the performance of the RTO. Besides, Chief Commissioner Tanveer Akhtar Malik, commissioners, assistant commissioners and other senior officials will also attend the meeting.

Sources said that participants of the meeting with review the output of RTO from July 1, 2015 to February 29, 2016, while warning will be issued to those officials whose performance is not upto the mark. Participants of the meeting will also examine measure to achieve revenue target set for FY 2015-16.
