Customs Healthcare Society extends financial help to heirs of 17 abducted persons

PESHAWAR: The Customs Health Care Society (CHCSP) has given financial support to heirs of 17 people who were abducted from Adilkhad area of tehsil Landi Kotal three months ago. The cash aid was extended to the affected families in a simple gathering held in Landi Kotal Press Club on Wednesday.

Muhammad Jameel, a representative of CHCSP, on behalf of Dr. Asif Mehmood Jaa (Sitar-e-Imtiaz), the Patron in Chief of CHCSP, gave away Rs 7,000 to each of the family.

Speaking on the occasion Muhammad Jameel said that CHCSP was not only functional at national level but also helped the victims of natural calamities at international level.

He added that the organization would leave no stone unturned to work for welfare of the tribesmen across the tribal belt.

Niaz Muhammad, one of head of effected families whose lonely son was among the kidnapped persons thanked Dr. Asif Mehmood Jah for his generous support and urged the governments of Pakistan and Afghanistan to help them to find their beloved ones.

It is worth mentioning here that 120 days back 17 local tribesmen, residents of Abdulkhad and were from seven families had been kidnapped by unidentified militants on gun point from mountainous area of Enzar Naw of tehsil Landi Kotal and shifted them to Afghanistan.
