Chief collector rejects Barkat Customs Clearing Agent’s appeal against cancellation of license

SIALKOT: Chief Collector Customs North Model Collectorate Islamabad Nadir Khan Hoti has rejected the appeal of M/S Barkat Customs Clearing Agent and Forwarder against the decision of Deputy Collector Licensing Sialkot.

The case was about the cancellation of license of the Barkat Clearing Agent due to Rs 4 million duties and taxes’ evasion through mis-declaration and submission of the fake documentation.
