BEIJING: Police have busted a drug ring operating in southwest China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and seized around 1.2 tonnes of narcotics, police announced here the other day.
This is the biggest drug seizure by Guangxi police this year, and resulted in the arrest of 10 suspects. Two methamphetamine labs were dismantled and 1.2 tonnes of ketamine seized. About 420 kilograms of raw materials and four guns were also confiscated, police said.
