China’s sugar imports fall 14.5% in Oct

BEIJING: China’s sugar imports in October fell 14.5 per cent on a year earlier to 360,000 tonnes, according to official customs data published on Saturday.

Imports in the first ten months of the year were up 44.9 per cent on year at 4.09 million tonnes, data from the General Administration of Customs showed.
