LAHORE: A delegation of energy companies of China met Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif here Thursday.
During the meeting, cooperation and investment in energy sector was discussed.
Talking to Chinese delegation, Shehbaz Sharif said that the relation of friendship between Pakistan and China was strengthening; adding cooperation of China for coping with energy crisis was commendable.
The Chief Minister said that the work on energy projects has been started speedily with the cooperation of China and added various energy projects will start producing electricity by 2017-18.
