LANDI KOTAL: The Custom officials have said that clearance of all the import and export goods at the border with Afghanistan would be done through the Web-Based One Custom WeBOC system from March 13.
The clearing agents at Torkham border last week had refused to clear their goods under the WeBOC system with the contention that custom offices at border lacked facilities like high-speed internet and regular supply of electricity. The customs department later pledged to provide all the necessary facilities.
