Collector Adjudication will hear QMobile case today

MULTAN: Collector Customs Adjudication team will hear the seizure case of smuggled Q-mobile on 7th January (today).

According to details, Multan Customs  detected a case after raiding a house located in the Cantonment area and recovered huge quantity of non-customs paid mobile phones (Q Mobile) worth million during  their action. Smuggled cell phones were stored in the residential house located in Cantonment area near Mall Plaza.

Anti-Smuggling Organization Multan recovered 8700 various foreign branded cell phones of Q-Mobile and other companies during their raid. These recovered cell phones were non-customs paid and come into the country through import mis-declaration by importer M/s Digicom Technologies.

Multan Customs has also lodged First Information Report (FIR) against the culprit Muhammad Naveed in this regard in charge of smuggling and Investigation & Prosecution branch is pursuing this seizure case. Collector Customs Adjudication Asif Abbas Khan has already issued notice to M/s Digicom for (today) hearing.
