KARACHI: Collector Customs Collectorate Export Saifuddin Junejo has asked the authorities concerned to ensure the smooth working scenario within the Collectorate, so that the exporters would not face any issue in their export consignments.
Sources informed Customs Today that a delegation of exporters recently held a meeting with the Collector Export in his office and informed him about the issues being faced by them during export of the consignments.
The sources informed Customs Today that the exporters’ delegation lodged a complaint about the delay in clearance of consignments by Customs authorities and hindrances in issuance of rebate claims.
The Collector Export nominated the Deputy Collector Wasif Malik as the focal person in connection to address the problems being faced by the exporters.
